How do you price a job?
From your photos and location. We price on volume, access and the type of waste, and give you a fixed price before we start. No hidden extras on the day.
Do I need to be there on the day?
Not necessarily. Many customers leave a key or code with us. We’ll send photos when the job is finished.
Where does everything go?
To licensed waste and recycling centres. Usable furniture is donated to local charities where possible, and we never fly-tip.
Can you come today?
Often, yes. We keep same-day and next-day slots free across Newcastle, Gateshead and Durham. Send photos or give us a ring to check.
Do you take fridges, mattresses and TVs?
Yes. Some items need special disposal so carry a small extra charge, and we’ll always tell you up front.
